im worried about the 39 offset

Size: Front 18X8 [part# A211 401 2602]
Rear 18X9 [part# A211 401 2702]
PCD: 5X112
Offset: Front 30 & Rear 39

what do you guys think?

The problem is that those wheels are for a W211 E55 and not a W210 E55 so the bolt holes are 14mm instead of 12mm.

That is not a problem at all. Those are the same wheels I run, however you need to change the tires. You will want 225/40-18 for fronts and 255/35-18 for rears. As far as the wider bolt head, it's not an issue either. You need the RAD lug Bolt 12mmx1.5 26mm Shank, R14 Ball Seat, 17mm Hex
