Hey Guys not much choice/range in 18 inch where I am at...so the only one set my tire guy has is follows:

set of 4 18's X 9.5 with 38ET!!. Will these fit a SWB 300SD US Spec...all experts out here this is an odd one and we have no means of getting a range unless I go to Bangkok and get me an accurate set...big hassle!! These wheels are Carlsson replicas and the finish and weight are same as intra replicas I had earlair so not worried about quality..please advise

Probably it fits to the back (i had 9.5 wide with ET30 installed on mine problem free), but i'm amfraid that it is too wide for the front, 8.5 is suggested for the front.

This was my car when i bought it with 9.5 wide wheels in the back (245/45/18 tire on it) running problem free and this is it now, with 8.5 wide wheels in the back (255/45/18 tire on it). At the time of the 9.5 on it, the self-levelling adjustment of the car was not functioning properly, that's why the car was sitting a bit lower in the back.
255 on 9.5 would do. When the 255 was on, i put my hand behind the tire and there was one and a half finger wide room behind there.

I would buy a 9.5 version from this wheel if i had not such a narrow serpentine way down to the garage room.

yeah they dont exactly fit in the rear either. you will smash the fender big time with enough suspension travel

heck looks like a latin lowrider in the first pic sticking out an inch

Nothing wrong with wide wheels. Personally wide flush wheels look nice on a w140. My wheel pokes out about .5" from my fender. and yes if youw as to put those wheels on your car your fender will deff cut up your tires like it did mine. mine was et44 all around.

Thx greg sure would like to see more pics of you car in the 9.5 ET 38's (1st pic)? She looks nice.

by the way as some here have stated did the tires in your rub and cut/damage the fender lip? mine is a 300sd they don't come with self leveling so some input on the touching part would help...theys ure do protrude a fair bit so some more pics would be much obliged cheers mate
