Hi guys,

I found a set of OEM 15 hole rims for my '86 SEC which currently has "Smith" aftermarket chrome wheels. Found a set for $300 off a 300SL(I think thats right), but they are the 15 x 6.5 size. Need to know your experience with this choice for my car. I notice that "Allfactorywheels.com sells similiar tire, except the first screen you get after specifying what you need brings up a picture of the available wheel, specifies that it is a 15 x 7 rim, but if you click on any of the photos of these wheels, the specification is for 15 x 6,5 inchers.:surrender:

Thanks

George

In Germany the standard rim on a W126 Gen II and the R107 from 85 is the 7x15 ET 25. The standard US rim is the 6.5x15 also on both types. So you shouldn´t have a problem with both choices.
