I have been unable to connect any of 3 Cellphones to my newish 2012 C300 with the Premuim package. At first, my old phone, a rare brand -UT Starcom, would be recognized, but not connect. Neither would my Wife's HTC Aria smartphone - it was connecting but not functioning. Now, my new Kyocera (a non-smartphone with bluetooth) simply cannot be recognized by the Car. I followed all the arcane instructions, etc., but nothing works. The HTC connects fine with a Lexus RX. Have others experienced this lack of compatibility, or is this car an Apple Fanboi only?

Surprised you are having problems. We've paired old Blackberry, new Blackberry, Droid 4, and iPhone 4S without any problem. Dealer should have someone on staff who is the guru. Also M-B might have a video on website to help. Good luck.

I would say that you have pretty non-standard bluetooth equipment. MB has a website dedicated specifically for listing supported bluetooth phones and the functionality compatible with each model. Anything outside those is just good luck. I'll try and find the link
