Hey guys I seem to keep noticing a white residue that has splashed inside my engine bay (95 E320). It's only in the front right corner of my engine bay. It shows on the front/top of my airbox, windshield washer reservoir, back of headlight etc. I will clean it off and it will come on later again, i believe it happens after turn my ac on. Has anyone else had this?

It takes only few drops to make big marks, while you might not notice coolant level drop before a cup will be gone.
Bottom line, - the stuff is coming from somewhere.

Shouldnt be too hard to pinpoint the leak. Get the car hot, open the hood, look around at all the coolant hoses and where they connect. Hell, I had a leaking reservoir and it was getting coolant all over the place

I tried looking around with it hot and cold but couldn't find anything evidence of a leak. It doesn't happen often, maybe once or twice a month.

Typically coolant that has dropped onto the running fan.
+1 Check the top right small hose (VENT HOSE) I bet it leaks under pressure as small as a needle. If it is leaking all you need is a O ring ...pull straight up to remove MAY BE BRITTLE BE CAREFUL!

Check the coolant reservoir for signs of a defect. Over time they develop a crack in the ridge between the top half and bottom half of the tank (usually the area closest to the exhaust. I have noticed the first sign is a mist of coolant that leaves a white deposit once dry.
