Hello! I just got my brand spankin' new 2011 R350 and I'm getting set to get snow tires for it. I've already got a set of the 19" Situla wheels and I want to put the TPMS sensors in them, but I'm finding two possible part numbers:
A 002 540 7917 (315 Mhz)
A 002 540 8017 (433 Mhz).

How can I tell which part number is the proper one?

Thanks for the help.

just wondering if it's alright to use wheels without TPMS? I'm thinking of not having it for my set of winter tires.

It is okay to use without TPMS but your cluster instrument will give you a warning sign.

Note: you can black out the warning sign with a piece od electrical tape over it.
