I need some advice. I am considering a CPO ML. Would I have less headaches and better reliability with a

-CPO 2009 ml350 with 39,000 miles

or a

-CPO 2008 ml cdi 320 with 30,000 miles

Need pros and cons please.

I have the 08 and it has been flawless in almost 4 yrs of use.
Having said that, I wont hesitate when its time, to pick up the Bluetec version.09 forward comes with runflats (which can be changed if you dont want them) and adding Urea, is no different than adding windshield washer fluid...just dont mix them up lol
Both are excellent vehicles, I'd make the decision on things like warranty remaining etc.
