I've heard that between the Bosch & Mann fuel filter, one is better for the fuel line fit. I searched and couldn't find where I read it.
Anyone installed either and had problems?

The Mann/Mehle is the original OE filter, but its made by Bosch anyway.

The Bosch will be like $5 cheaper if you search, so no reason not to save the $5, really.

Pick up some standard hose clamps, to replace the triackster MB specials.

Should be a DIY at the top of the forum, EZ to DIY.

Keep the beat !

Another suggestion, use some hose pinch clamps. The cheap plastic ones will work fine. there is fuel, under pressure, that will spew out. Can't remember which hose, but spare yourself the surprise.

Good luck.

Good tip from Mike, I used small c-clamps, or a small visegrip can do too.

Keep the faith !
