So I started running into the scourge of every old car, the plastic interior trim pieces are getting brittle and starting to break the tabs. The latest victim is the drivers side vanity mirror cover and the center light cover.

Anyone know a good inexpensive source for all the interior plastics (besides the dealer)?

I have found the dealer to be the best. When I first started using them I asked for a discount on parts and I usually do get a pretty good discount. I have searched other sources and haven't been successful especially since the plastic pieces have to be color correct.

For other parts I generally go to autuhausaz.com or partsgeek.com or parts.com.

I have been using parts.com. I've replaced both visor/mirrors, the door map compartment covers, and am rebuilding the overhead lights by repacing the lens, bulbs, switches, etc. All of this stuff is sooo fragile after 15 years!!!!! If you REALLY want to see a difference, change out your seatbelts AND your seat covers. Wow! My last duty is to do the carpet pieces. I think that's gonna take some time, though.
