According to the manual (see photo attached) the body plate is supposed to be screwed onto the cross member above the radiator. I don't see it on mine...are they mounted somewhere else on our cars? It contains all kinds of information, like interior color, etc. (stuff I was looking for in past posts).

The 2002 manual does not mention this body plate and mine does not have one. My manual only mentions the "Certification Label and Paintwork No." on the drivers door sill.

I looked this weekend when I was washing my car. I did not see the plate you are indicating.
