Hi so I just finished cleaning my EGR valve and couldn’t find where one part on the egr plug to, the one circled on the first picture. Second thing I randomly found theirs 90 degrees angle tube. Just sitting by the battery 2nd pic. Anyone know please help out, thanks in advance.

The second photo - It vents to the atmosphere - does not connect to anything.
Technically called 'air admission'

Have you cleared the codes and then take it for a spin?
Check for codes after.

Clean your MAF? takes 5min and let it dry.

You never answered the other Q.
Did you clear the codes and re-scan?

i did clear the code. but i haven't checked the codes after the drive.
CPS - is it oem? or generic?

If you have no CEL or codes, could possibly be your motor mounts. Have you ever replaced them?
What's the mileage?
Do a search on utube on testing if it's the motor mounts. This can mimic a "stalling effect".

EDIT:
while your at it...
Check all your vacuum lines for cracks, etc.
