If you have seen the movie Avatar, the humans are looking for something called "Unobtainium" which exists only on Pandora.
When I first heard this I was excited as it could only mean a stock of NOS AMG wide body kits, 500E plastic fenders, Sportline shifters and Porsche 4 Cam parts. True "unobtainium."
But alas it was not to be, it was only something to save mankind or whatever.

I Have One !!!!

I happen to have a Sportline Shifter EXACTLY as the one in your picture AND i have 2 (two) metal Sportline fender badges/emblems that match the shifter. All items are in Very Good condition. I dont know how to attach pix here on the forum But anyone interested - just send me your email and i will send several clear pix of items to show condition. Call me Sportline ignorant, but is the shifter different than the ordinary shifter with the exception of the knob?

Yes it's just the knob. Personally, I really don't like the original knobs MB used in the 124 chassis, so I've opted to use later model 203 versions, which are leather and aluminum.
