Where can I buy a working VCV valve??

Today I went to the pick 'n pull here in oakland,ca. I found some interior trim and lights but not my precious!!

Anybody knows where to look around 94609?

I have one, part #617 070 02 46, came off a 240D with a manual transmission. So, it's never been used.
