Where are right hand drive W203 built?

Which country do the right hand drive models come from? I hear South Africa for Australian delivery models. My question really is - do the Sth African built models fare better or worse in terms of build quality or reliability?<br>Mine came with uneven shutlines and the airconditioner had a refrigerant leak coming from the evaporator unit!<p>Are the NAS C class built in Germany?<p>Lawrance
