i wanted to know the stock offset... what offset would i need for 18' rims? 18*8 and 18*9 to fit my car

Is your's car CLK 430 or 320? I would think you need spacer for those 9in. wide wheel.

CORRECTION...if the wheel is made for the CLK then you would not need spacer..but if it from.....

<br> another car then you would need spacer.

Offsets...

Ideally, for the wheel sizes you're suggesting, you'd want 18x8ET35 with 225/40R18 tires on the front and 18x9ET30 with 255/35R18 tires on the rear. This will required no mods of any kind.<br> <br> The stock CLK wheel offsets are 37mm in front and 30mm in the rear, but there are variations (e.g. the fronts on the CLK55 coupe are 35mm instead of 37mm and the rears on the CLK55 cabrio are 34mm instead of 30mm).
