Getting ready to tint my 300sd and would like to replace the rims with black aftermarkets.
Can someone give me some specs on wheel fitment for this car? I'll probably be hunting used, so any information on other cars with the same fitment would be appreciated, just in case I come across a good deal on a non-benz rim application!
Thanks.

The car looks nice with the wheels that are on it. There aren't a lot of aftermarket wheel choices for W126 cars - too old and too limited a market. Most folks try to upgrade to an AMG type wheel (Aero I, Aero II, Monoblock etc...). That being said, I think Audi/VW has the same bolt pattern as MB so there are some additional choices. Make sure the ET or offset is between 11 mm and 30 mm and you should be okay.

I found a set of period correct Rial type N 16x8 ET 11s for my 300 SD and the centers were already color coded to boot. They are similar to the old BBS RS mesh wheels but with a deeper lip.
