I have a set of amg wheels that i took off my c280...tried them on an s500 to find out that the S has thicker lugs then the c class.....my question is....would these wheels fit an E class or do they have the bigger studs too???

Your c-class has 12mm lug bolts, while the S has 14mm. An E class will have 12mm as well, until the W211, then they switch to the 14mm.
