What type of wheels are they? 8.5x19 235/35R19 FA & 9.5x19 265/30R19 might fit ok on your `01 CLK. The 2 things that will determine whether or not they will are:
1. Offset. About a 31 offset (ET31) on the wheels should be fine. Most likely a fender roll should be done to prevent any rubbing issues.
2. Lug bolts. The `05 E500 uses 14x1.5 lug bolts. Your `01 CLK uses 12x1.5 lug bolts. Make sure you have a set of 12x1.5 lug bolts that seat up with the wheels or they will not work.
