Why mercedes wheels with same bolt pattern not fit to another mercedes? I buy AMG wheels from C280 with 5x112 pattern and same 66.5mm hub but i cant install on my '85 SL 380. There is any way to put those in, or i have to sell im back?

Most likely your wheels are hitting the tierod or the tires are hitting the wheel well due to the offset being too high. If you had done a little research on wheel fitment, you'd probably know that offset is pretty important, be it just the PCD and centerbore. I wouldn't recommend going to the expense of getting spacers or adapters, but that could work.

Also, take note that different wheel bolts were used on different cars, and the wheel bolts for 12x1.5 probably isn't going to fit correctly in a wheel that was designed for 14x1.5.
If later 14 mm, the hopes would be too big. Likely possibility. He would need some sort of washer.

The OP should post a picture.

Maybe the wheels are some aftermarket junk that was improperly drilled.

Maybe they are nissan wheels that have nearly identical center bore, but are 5x114.3
These wheels? ALY65202 Mercedes C280 Wheel Silver Painted #2024010902

Everything I can find shows the bolt holes should line up. Every bolt I find for a C280 shows 12x1.5 which is the same as the 107.

I would assume the offset on those is about 37 and they should bolt on ok.
