Yeah nice pics. Those rims/wheels are perhaps the best compromise between form and function for this car.

Thanks PN!

Dolucasi, I'd be interested to see if you're able to fit the S-class wheels because it would be nice to have that option of a slightly wider wheel in stock form.
I've heard America's tire is pretty friendly if you're testing out tires for fitment purposes. Been using them for years and I've seen them swap out tires and test fitment for other customers.

355, I'm pretty sure one can make the S-class wheels work thru experiments. Will need narrower tires up front either 185's or 195's with a smaller diameter. They will work as long as the suspension is tighter (either sportline like mine or something equivalent) and the radius is slightly smaller (like the sportline or PN's set-up). The car overall height will drop so it will always be a nuisance with extreme speed bumps and steep driveways. Mine is as such. I do not get any exhaust scraping with my 185/65R15's. But with the 205/50R16's with a drop of extra 0.25" smaller radius, I start to get scarping if not careful.

I will do this experiment sometime in the future if I come across a good unused spare or two at the pick and pull.

For now, I already have 2 complete sets of almost new tires for different rims. Instead, I will find a pair of unused 124 spares (6.5" ET49) for my back pair to take out the baloney look in my rear 205/55R15's on stock 6 inch rims and to push out the rim an extra 7mm in the process.

Every little bit helps in the rears.

- Cheers!
