The centers just pop out. I used a putty knife and eased up a side and pulled them out. They are held in by three plastic clips that are attached to the back of the disk.... Then put the new one in the center hole and press it in. I changed all 4 of mine in under 10'minutes....

Do not use putty knife to remove center caps as other members have said. The knife will damage your wheel. The best way to remove center caps is to use 3m Velcro tape. Fold tape in half and stick to center cap. With a plyers grab tape and pull tape, center cap comes right out,no damage.
