just wondering what the mpg for these cars are.
My current x5 is around 22mpg. And takes a total of 100Litres of fuel (full tank).

Also does anybody have the owners manual in pdf format?

thanks

Under what kind of driving conditions do you get 22 mpg in an X5?

Just got back from a 3200 mile road trip in a 2003 SL 500. No interstate driving but a lot of 65-75 MPH open road driving. Highest day MPG was 25.1. Most days were in the 23.8 - 24.5 range. I checked one tank manually against the car computer mileage and it was very close.

Overall: 16.22 mpg (measured over 10k mls)
City: 10.5 mpg
lead-footed: just below 10 mpg

'04 SL500, but driven on (unlimited) Autobahns as well, hence the rather outrageous consumption

SL500 mpg

For an '06 SL500: 19.6 average. Mix of 21+ mpg from morning commute, mix of suburban and highway, and 17-ish at afternoon rush hour. We get 23-24 on the highway.
