Is there a difference between the stock S and C class wheels? Load capability maybe? They look the same when comparing on Tirerack. I am looking for some replacements to put on my wifes 99 E class and I need to know if the S class wheels are a direct fit. I don't want to go much bigger or wider.

Luke, you know this but you slipped: S-class have higher offset (for W220). That is, higher numerically... ET44 vs. ET35, for example on many rims.
