The back of the roof?..

Hi all,

I keep forgetting to ask this one. The 1999 S 320W I'm looking at buying has two antennae: one for the radio, the top part of which is rubber, and one that's all rubber, sticking out of the back of the roof.

Is it actually on the glass itself, or is it actually coming out of the metal?

BTW, nice to have another Vancouverite [:)]
