I'm looking at picking up a brand new 2002 c240 left over and wanted to know what would be a fair price to pay. So far I have the dealer down to $34,835. It has the following options: Tectite Gray/Oyster, c4, c2, c1, and auto trans. [?]

I got a 2002 C320 about 4 months ago and got 4500 off of retail. They also had C240 at the same discount. I hope this helps as a guide.
