Hey Everyone,

So I started my ML this morning, and the windshield had some gunk on it. So I turned on the windshield wipers to clean it, and at the same time, the rear window wiper turned on as well. It was weird, so I turned on the wipers with the washer fluid, and what do you know, at the same time, the rear wipers turn on and spray washer fluid too! I just started laughing because just a few days ago, I had the CEL come on while driving back from New York (it magically disappeared a few days ago). This truck is so damn unpredictable! So do you guys think it is a bad fuse for the wipers, or something else?

If it was a fuse you wouldn't have any wipers at all. The actual working of the front wiper motor is enabled through the EAM and AAM modules, but the washer switch is a stand alone item not enabled through modules. So my guess would be the combination switch on the steering column is faulty, barring any chafed or fused wires.
