I have been having intermittent codes/electrical glitches and today all 4 windows stopped working. With my scan tool there are no codes today. The battery voltage w/engine off if 12.4 and when running 14.3. But using the HVAC controls #24 engine off voltage is 11.5 and running voltage is 12.4. Which one should I believe? Thanks

How did you test the V of the battery itself? At the terminals with a mm?
The fact you hvac shows 11.5V, your system can glitch at that voltage.

Hi…the scan tool will measure voltage…the tool show about 1v more than the HVAC shows.
