I'm getting ready to place order on 2 sets of MB Quarts Reference for my 03 ML500 but I'm still unsure of what will fit in the stock BOSE speaker location.

It seems like the front will fit a 6.5" & rear will fit an 5.25".
Front:
RUA 216

Rear:
RUA 213 or DKF 113

Can anyone confirm this for me?

Yup! All Correct!

You will have to mondify the speaker housing some! At least I did!

After modifying the OEM Speaker housing to fit the MBqs, will it prevent the OEM speaker to be fitted back in the future?

Nope, just sme small holes here and there []
