What should i go with the H&R springs or eibach?

Whats the difference between the two springs? If i change the sprngs with this lower my ride height and improve handeling, or do I need to change the shocks as well? should I just leave the shocks as it is? <br>
Also i live in the Ny so if anyone could recomend me a place to get this job done?

Eibachs are more forgiving and have a better ride...

H&Rs are stiff and lower the car a bit more.<br> Eventually you would need to change the shocks. Mine gave in recently and am going with Bilstein Sports.<br> <br> I have H&Rs on BTW. I know of several shops in NJ...none in NY.<br> <br> Frank
