I love those rims![:)]

They are the rims of the 90s for Mercedes vehicles just like the 15 hole rims were for the 80s.

Those are just regular 8-hole MB wheels.

You can buy "clean wheels" which is just a shield mounted inside the rim to keep brake dust out. Or you can do like I do and keep the wheels waxed. Carry a rag with you and wipe them down every other day or so.

I've always enjoyed that style of MB rim. They came in 15" and 16", and there is a black 1985 500SEL in my neighborhood that looks quite stunning with them. The 1993 190E Special Edition also came with these rims, the only 190 to have them from the factory I think. You don't want to use Kleen Wheels, they can cause brake disc warping. You don't want to risk that just to keep your rims clean.

It looks good. I like the color, and the rims, they make for a good combination. Put some Euro lights on it though, and you'll have a great looking SD. What color is that by the way?

Looks like it’s the same
color as my 123 – gold.

Ugh, just noticed the
dealer sticker over the
‘turbodiesel’ badge –
pet peeve of mine; try
to remove it ASAP…
