My car 200 W123 1983 Carbrature. The car was not having enough power so I decided to use my hand and work on it. I just loosened the nut under the float chamber where there is a rod under. Then I turned right the fuel going in. Sadly the car went so high, so I just put it little low. It started to shake and then nothing right happened sense then!:crybaby2:

I tried to put it back to the original location but sadly with no avail. Can any one tell me what could have gone wrong that I can't fix again to the previous setup?

Thanks.

I have had the same problem with my snowblower.

Gently screw back the rod in place until it complety stops (unscrew the nut before so you have room for the rod to go stop on the diaghram). Then back the other way for at least 360 degrees (one turn loose). Start the engine and go on gently unscrewing until you get the rev you like. Or screw back up if the engine takes too much gazoline. never more then a quater turn each time anyway and wait until the previous setting has been burnt before turning up or down.

Once you get the desired effect with the rod screw back the bottom nut to hold in place.
