Don't you know what "Heckklappe" is? Neither do I, but looks like covers for hatch, or door sills.

I've been using those online translators in different languages. They are good for jokes, but not for business.
Looks to me, that this attach to the bottom of the hatch to protect it from dirt abrasion.
Just like bug-shields so popular in US.

I am German, but the description is rather strange, even to me.
It is supposed to be a cover that goes on the rear Trunk-lid, and was supposedly installed by the Factory on Models 2001-up.
Excellent condition, it says.

Looks like the rear hatch filler panel.

it is the extra plastic bit that goes on the facelifted ML
