I've got this piece from our old Euro Spec 1983 380SE lying around, and I am not sure what it is and what it's worth.

Would anyone like to chime in? It is in the factory wrapping as well.

The Part Numbers on it are as follows:

Hand written - 126 270 8907
Forged on part - 126 277 29 01

It is from the internals of the Auto tansmission. I think it is called the valve body.

Probably worth quite alot of money if bought from MB, but I doubt many people on benzworld are in need of one.

I know this is a 6 year old thread, but just wondering if you have kept this part? I may need one as I am rebuilding a Transmission with the same Valve Body part number.

Thanks,
Leo
