Hi First Time posting and yesterday i get an indicator saying i will need a BH service I have a 2009 C300 and im not sure what it is can anybody tell me what service this is and what will be done so maybe i can try to do it myself instead going to the dealership and having to spend a fortune.

Time to change your Cabin Air Filter and do an Oil change after 30,000 miles interval. I own a 2013 Mercedes Benz E350. Had to look it up recently for service.
