Buellwinkle and FrankW dont know any thing about crashes do u understand the diff between suv hittin u with 30mph or a lil car? 30mph is nothing i seen so many crashes with 30mph his car was totaled u cant really see shit cuz a small car hit me pretty hard n the bumber does not get fucked up from a 30mph hit if a small car hits u

I know all about crashes, spent 3 months in the hospital and 6 weeks in a full body cast when attempting to drive a Toyota through a Chevy at 30mph. To compare, I was on a road that had a 45mph speed limit and I was at that speed, a car ran a red light across the front of me and I locked my brakes, the investigator said I was going about 30-35mph at point of impact. This was enough snap the seat I was sitting in. I was wearing my seatbelt but the impact was enough so my head still hit the windshield (pre-airbag car), the front was crushed in so far that it crushed my leg. Needless to say the car was totalled.

As for SUV's, I was rear-ended in a Toyota 4Runner by a Lexus LS at under 10 mph at a red light and it caused $2,500 in damage to the 4Runner. The Lexus had at least twice the damage. Certainly more so than your car. So don't tell me your little ding is the result of a 30 mph impact, I can get dings bigger than that from a Walmart shopping cart going 5 mph.
