I want to replace these broken plastic pieces, but don't know what they are called. They are on the inside of the trunk. Does anyone have a name or part number? My local dealer is no help, it's almost like I'm bothering them everytime I go in, and they charge way over MSRP, so I want to order them online, but can't find them in any of the parts catalogs. Thanks, Tim

I would call them hatch bumpers, but did you try to locate them in Russian parts site?
I am buying parts at German cars warehouse in my area. The senior salesman there knows more about Mercedes than stealer Service Adviser. Try to check if there is one in your area?

The dealer calls them "stops" part number: 210-750-03-26: $8.33 each at my dealer.

Forget em

Take both of them off. No adverse effects. With both off you get that symmetry metallic look. Not worth the money to fix.
