So what happens when you get home from a party, you are sitting in your bed...know that your baby (300SE getting a 560-engine conversion) is sittin lonely in Venezuela and you have a little extra cash in your band account...well, you get on EBAY and you buy the following:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=7972877530&sspagename=STRK%3AMEDW%3AIT ....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7974005737&category=33700&sspagename=WDVW ....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7973875781&category=33710&sspagename=WDVW ...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7973959003&category=33716&sspagename=WDVW ...

matching HID sets for lower beam and lower fog-lights (future WALD body with w140 fogs) ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7972856118&category=36476

and... this little cool HID kit for the H3 upper fogs.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7972863609&category=36476&sspagename=WDVW ...

then...after you get all this, you sit down, and you start planning on how you are going to set-up your car, well...since I thaught that the white color and blue interior was getting out-dated, and the blue interior DEFF. needs some repairs, I am planning in painting the exterior...Color-Code #744 (Silver for MBs W203 cars) ....I am going to FULLY repaint my car this color using the accesories I just baught plus the addition of the WALD body..I plan on painting the outer-chrome part of the grill silver...and paint the inner plastics silver too...and leave the chrome fins.. I am also removing the Headlight washers to clean it out.. Now, if some-one could get me to find AMG old-school 3piece 17s staggered[^] to complete my exterior...I will love you for the wrest of my life...

On the interior...I plan on buying BLACK Merecedes NAPPA leather..redoing all the seats and leather door inserts in this leather, For the roof..and rear speacker deck...I plan in doing Black Ultra-Suede..and I have not decided if doing the seat inserts as it might just look a little TOO CUSTOM for my taste, I also plan in using a black W140 steering wheel that I have... to give it a more fresh look. And all the wooden parts are the interior are getting fully re-don in a Silver CarbonFiber finish by a friend of mine here in miami. I also plan in adding a little system..nothing to obsessive later in the future.

Now, the engine and all performance mods on this car are still on a waiting list. and VERY VERY undecided as to what should I put in the car. This I will post later when I have fully decided what to do, for now...the fundation of the performance will be an A-spec 5.6L V8 from a 1987 560SEL donator..and its automatic tranny. Teaser pics soon to come with performance project list[;)]

Don't go for a-spec, as that is very low hp. try to find a euro engine, unless you are thinking about some crazy turbocharging application.

For the engine, I went for A-spec because it was an easy find, and in VERY good condition, alot of custom internal work and software tuning is planned for the engine since I am already going to rebuild it...so I dont I will stay TOOOO low with the HP. All the real research will be done for the engine when the time comes to put it in to the car.

For the pedals, those are the closest matching the ones on the w126... ti install them you drill them with the screws they supply into the stock rubber pedals...so they are more like "pedal-covers"...but the finished look is very refined.
