Sounds like something is rubbing against something, or it's having difficulty breathing. I would check the intake area (with the engine off) and the belts. Are all the belts in good shape - no fraying?
weird sound from om617 turbo engine
My car suddenly has this weird sound, when running.
sounds like a vacuumcleaner or something(maybe turbo?)

That's probably it, sounds like there's a hole in the seal. Be careful with that, if that seal lets go the turbo will chomp it down (and damage the impellers). Make sure it's as tight of a fit as you can get it, and make sure it's properly sealed. A royal PITA if you ask me...
What exactly did you pour into the transmission?
