Hey boys,

Had a weird thing happen this morning.

My C32 was parked facing downhill (which I always assume is easier on the enigne and gearbox than facing uphill) and the P-brake was on.

Had to move this morning so someone else could go to the gym, rushed into Reverse and BOOM, it stalled and would not start again.

Freaked out and called AA (Automobile Association), power fine, battery fine, starter motor fine (hell, I could tell that)...but the engine was being starved / deprived of fuel.

So she wouldn't start when she was 'started' if you see what I mean.

That was about 90-minutes ago (now quarter past 10 on Sunday morning) and she started up fine and I drove round the block quickly and whipped up the driveway. I'm thinking it'll be good to drive today but I just don't know and don't want to die out in the bush away from home.

Thoughts on what happened? If I should take her out?

Cheers,
MALOSINZ

PS...totally did not know there was another big MB site...tried to log on there under this name...hmmm...not very smart...

I would assume fuel related issue. The relay and pump are known to be problematic.
