WDD212 check light

Hi everyone, E200 with check light fault code P0016, was advised to try cam sensor A, fitted genuine parts as follows : replaced timing chain , cam vvt gears and tensioner using merc cam holders and tool for cam oil control. Still P0016. The cam plate on the inlet was not aligned with the sensor and found it had moved on the cam, have set up the cam timing and rotated the plate to align the pointer with the sensor position and checked both cams plates aligned with the top of the cylinder had top face. P0016 has cleared the fault, but now has fault code P0341, have tested sensor wiring 12v and 5 volt pins are correct. Help please have no hair left can you guide me or have you had these issues.
