I went to the MercedesShop forum, and found three brands of water pumps, the Hepu, Laso, and Graf. I found all of these, with all of the same part numbers at car-stuff .com for much cheaper. Which of these brands would be the best to buy as a replacement water pump? Thanks.

I wouldn't sweat it -- they are all high quality manufacturers.

Should I get anything other then the water pump, like new hoses or anything?

I would consider hoses and possibly even a thermostat based upon mileage and the condition of the hoses. If the hoses seem solid and mileage isn't over the top, no reason to replace them.

I bought a Graf, came with gasket. It was replaced 20k miles ago, so far so good, no leaks.
