warning about used CLK's in Houston

i'm new to the forum to please excuse if this topic has been covered. (I have a 99 CLK 430 and 2000 slk 230.) While at MB dealer in Houston found a CLK one of my neighbors totaled during the houston flood. They are asking $69.9k! Texas does have laws regarding disclosure of flood damage, but all of you folks in other states watch out! <br>

If anyone is considering buying a used MB, make sure it is checked as a 'Starmark' certified.

yep, your right i purchase a clk from Mercedes of Houston Greenway they screwed me,i purchased a preowned with 9000 miles.All used mercedes have to be sold under the starmark warranty,if it is not then its lemon benz with sh-t loads of problems.
