Since you're in NY, the only book you can go by is Galves - only book used by NYC

tri-state area dealers. For '99 CLK430 (with ALL options or not) and 34K miles the trade-in value is $33K. For $36K I would pass on it, but if you can negotiate with them(MB) (tell them that a new one is comming in late summer, that white CLK will not be as easy for them to sell as silver or black one... and if they say no, do not worry they will call back in a day or two) for something not higher than $34K, then maybe.
