Hello Everyone,

I am in the Los Angeles area. I am looking for a suitable second tank for one of my w123s. I can buy, or trade

* a regular w123 tank out of a 300D that has been customized for an svo/wvo installation, but could still be used as a stock tank, or

* a running factory alternator out of a 300D or a 240D

If it is an auxiliary tank...

...it might fit.

An regular tank will not. The bottom is too broad (can't be more than 8 inches") and it will cover part of the wheel well. The sides are slanted and it will not snug up to the regular tank, unless it is mounted at an angle on the bottom (not flat), and then the mounting bolt holes won't sit flat against the trunk bottom.

But thanks anyway.
