Can get an owners manual from any MB dealership. Haynes
publishes a manual for the C220. Can order it from Amazon or
plenty of internet sellers.

You may be able to download the owners manual from MBZ. I don't know if they will have manuals that far back, but it is worth a try. Here is the link to their site. Sign up is free.
