Does anybody know where the factory fuse is located for trailer V+ connection pin#9? Even if the vehicle didn't come with hitch from factory, there should be a fuse location allotted for this purpose somewhere...right?

Thanks!

main fusebox is in engine bay , cable route is through the dash and down by the central console to the floor then under the floor to the rear, then goes across the rear of the van under a metal protector. There are plenty of spare fuseways in the box, you just need the holder that clips onto the rail to pick up the +

Thanks Nick, I did find the F35 group what they call it but of coarse none of the fuse numbers correspond...will look into tracing possible runs to trailer area.

A couple questions on the trailer subject, would you know of a solution for bypassing or fooling the "lamp out" sensors so my trailer LEDs won't make turn signal relay race double speed?

Thanks,

Not sure why your leds are causing the issue, Are you using the existing 12v supply to operate a relay which in turn operates your LED tail lights ?? if so then you should have no issues as they are electrically sepperate from the lights. I know some LED lights cause the lamp failure circuit to show a fault when they are used to replace conventional lamps, but not sure whats causing yours.
