Please help!!! I have a W221 and my screen is totally not in working condition.
It was totally fine few days back. Now it cant totally switch on at all. Went to a workshop and claim all fuse is working.
Anyone has encountered this before and what did you do. Please share.

You will need to have STAR/DAS diagnostics run by a dealership or a certified independent technician. It is impossible for us to tell whether the problem is a bad component in the screen, or a component in the COMAND unit itself, without such diagnostics.

If it's your Navigation screen, see if you can hold the EJECT button for 10 seconds. It should restart the NAVIGATION unit.
