Ah, you need online account to scn the CGW. Recommend finding a Indy nearby, or go to dealer and have them code it.

In regards to your pm, an Indy is shorthand for independent, meaning a mechanic shop that's independent from the dealer.

Any old Indy won't be able to do it, you need to find one that specializes in Mercedes, they likely have the equipment or the account to be able to do it. Often are cheaper than dealer.

Or go to dealer.

Thanks for the info, I will post any updates on the issue. 1 more question for now I bought this machine do you know how I can get an online account for myself? Or is it not worth the effort?

Online account costs $6000 a year... It also comes with SDS when you buy it from Mercedes.... Only costs $38k!

Tuned ECU for what? We're talking about CGW here, it's a router for all modules in the car to communicate with each other.

This is a separate module, has no bearing on ECU.
