I'm in need of some rims for my 2000 S500, and trying to figure out what wheels are compatible with this vehicle.

What I know so far:

W220 = 15" lug (which is rare -- most others are 12" or 14").

Standard offset: ET46 (46mm) 7.5x16" rim

(newer series S class ?year? used 17" based on a post I saw by skylaw).

Sport Package (front): ET44 -> 8.5x18" rim
Sport Package (rear:): ET46 -> 9.5x18" rim

Is there a chart somewhere that lists all the mercedes models, and what lug and offset are used so you can cross reference? I've been searching on mercedes forums and Google but haven't found what I'm looking for. A link to something like this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Any S wheel will work.. also can use any CL wheel.. The CL wheels are 8.5/9.0 instead of 9.5.. A little better if going staggered for rubbing. I know most E class will work, actually there was a list on a Craigslist wheel ad and most of the model wheels will interchange..

Do CL wheels have the same lug size though?
