I heard that the w220 will get a face lift for 2003. Can anybody give me more details? Will it improve the look of the car?

I had just returned from the NY autoshow and asked about that particular question. There is definately going to be a facelift for the S class. Among changes include an updated Navigation system that utilizes DVD and also features a larger screen. The fron and rear aprons will be chnaged as well. Headlams will alos receive a minor change. An option will be included for 4matic on the S430 and S500. You may also find the new SBC braking system found from the new E Class. The 2003 models will arrive around September. Prices will be roughly 2-3% higher than current prices. Hope this helps.

I am planning to install AMG bumpers (kit) on my s430. Do you think the AMG bumpers will also change as the 2003 s-class gets a facelift? If yes, do you think I`ll be able to install 2003 AMG bumpers on my 2001 s-sclass ? I`ll appreciate your fast responses.
